looks like when i install this game literally nothing is actually installed in that folder, sure theres more folders but contain no files and i didnt find a saves folder
Maybe I'm just not fast enough but it seems possible to hard lock yourself by getting into a respawn loop. (ROT13: Fcrpvsvpnyyl, ol zbivat greenva bhg sebz haqre lbhefrys.)
Hi. Waiting for fixes. Game is good but it seems there are multiple ways to hard lock.
Also saving/loading is confusing. No confirmation message and also not possible to select slot (although I see from load menu that there may be multiple).
Auto-saves for key moments or some way to reset other puzzles (that may hardlock you in particular).

In my case trying to reset didn't help, so I started new game. But got locked again(

saw this game on youtube by chance and rushed to play it!! i love open world puzzles and had a lovely afternoon playing this, great fun!!
I only see a black screen and a white plus-shaped cursor :(
meanwhile i still get my game to crash when booting up the game
Try deleting the saves folder in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\The Inspector

how do you get out if you get softlocked (such as in the closed off part of the hedge maze)? R doesn't seem to do anything I may be dum
You will have to start a new game to "fix" it. I can't upload a fix right now but will do so as soon as the jam is over.
i wish you could change the sensitivity on the camera
